Italy's Interior Minister Matteo Salvini has called for the establishment of processing centres in various unnamed African countries to deal with potential migrants. This comes after Salvini paid a surprise visit to Libya, after emergency talks convened between 16 European Union leaders, over who should take in the migrants. The bulk of migrants have been landing in Italy and Greece.
